A little about Tashan?

 

 

Tashan, our founder, is a diverse, intersectional, and uniquely qualified individual for our mission.

Tashan is a data professional with a decade of experience, specialising in turning marketing analytics into actionable insights that drive business transformation. With a notable track record as one of the most awarded analysts in the industry, Tashan consistently demonstrates best-in-class performance.

Some notable accomplishments include:
 

• In 2020, Tashan was recognised as one of Campaign Magazine's media week 30 under 30.

• In both 2022 and 2023, Tashan received the prestigious Star Player title from Campaign Magazine, acknowledging the significant contributions made to the 7-Stars business.

• In 2022, Tashan was inducted into the Future 100 media leaders.

 

Having a background in the Black and Queer community and a working-class upbringing, Tashan possesses both personal and professional experiences that enable a deep understanding of the challenges faced within the industry.

Throughout their career, Tashan has successfully created and led DEI leadership teams for medium-sized businesses while delivering training on DEI topics. 

As an ICF Member and qualified life and performance coach, Tashan's passion for inclusion is evident. They actively advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, acting as one of the Equality leads with the 7 Stars.

 

Tashan also dedicates time as a volunteer within industry inclusion groups such as NoTurningBack2020 (focused on Black, Asian, and Minority Talent) and Outvertising (focused on LGBTQIA+ talent). They also hold the position of trustee for a racial inclusion charity focused on empowering underemployed and unemployed women.

By combining expertise in analytics, leadership, coaching, and inclusion, Tashan possesses a unique skill set to leverage data and insights for actionable change, effectively lead diverse teams, and design programmes that deliver transformative outcomes for clients.
