REFUND POLICY

The refund policy in effect for the term of this Agreement is as follows:

 

A full refund is available prior to the first paid session (including that session) if the client has booked 3 or more sessions and does not want to continue. 

 

However, you must advise the coach at least 2 working days before first paid session.

 

Failure to do so will result in that cost for the first session at the prevailing rate (single session rate) being deducted from the refund.

 

After 30 days no refunds will be given although the sessions can be saved for up to 6 months from the starting date of Life Coaching

If you paid an initial deposit to secure a slot in the Program, you are not entitled for the refund of this deposit.

I may terminate our coaching agreement (“Agreement”) at any time. All further coaching services rendered after the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship will be refunded within 7 days. If you fail to pay any amount due under our Agreement on the due date of payment, I have the right to suspend coaching sessions until the payment is received.
